The CNE’s most purr-fect event returned with the Annual Cat Show this year, featuring more than 100 cats from across Canada competing for the title of Best of the Best! Cats of all breeds and backgrounds were welcome, from prized pedigreed cats to beloved shelter friends.

New for 2024 was the chance to meet the Celebrity Cats! The Canadian Cat Association hosted an exclusive meet and greet, where visitors got up close and purr-sonal with Toronto’s finest felines. Attendees enjoyed award-winning charm, snapped adorable photos, and learned more about these unique breeds. The event spotlighted the #1 Cat in Canada for 2023-24, the fluffy Sky from @bowiespacecat, adventure cat Leonidas the Abyssinian, and the Cornish Rex stars of Netflix’s Umbrella Academy, who brought the “Crazy Cat House” to life.

These fuzzy celebrities were a hit, leaving lasting impressions on fans of all ages!
