Please note that clerking opportunities are not guaranteed. The following criteria will apply:

The opportunity to be a clerk will be given to as many people as possible.

If multiple individuals would like to be clerks for the same section, allocations will be done on a first come, first served basis.
The following documentation is mandatory for all clerks:

Complete, sign, and submit a “Confirmation of Services” form. A blank form will be sent to you if you are scheduled to clerk.

Submit either a void cheque or a direct deposit form so that an honorarium can be sent to you.
